HSS Custom AV (High Speed Solutions, LLC) was started by Tracy Adcock in 2002. From its inception, HSS has targeted bringing the latest technology to the residential and commercial industry. Our goal is to take the latest technologies and equipment and provide the user with a simple interface to these technologies. We have the ability and knowledge to provide custom solutions to meet the needs/demands of any client/job and we work to design a complete system regardless of the budget.

Our expertise encompasses design consulting, integrated home automation, lighting control, audio and video distribution, structured wiring, telephone systems, computer networking, surveillance, security, intercom, and central vacuum. We offer these services for residential and commercial projects. Each of these systems is custom designed and installed in order to meet the intended use and future needs. Individually these systems are simple by design and implementation, but integrating them together to function as a single system and creating a user friendly interface for the customer is how HSS Custom AV rises above its competitors.

Tracy Adcock - President

Owner and President, Tracy Adcock, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida. This gives HSS the edge over the other automation companies, as HSS has their own electrical engineer designing your system from the ground up using AutoCAD to create wiring diagrams along with easy to read Blue Prints, as well as overseeing the final equipment installation.

Prior to forming HSS, Tracy worked in both the DOD and commercial software technology fields. In the DOD contracting industry he worked to develop simulation technologies for the U.S. Armed Forces. He then began working as a software engineer on the latest high definition hardware and software for commercial movie theaters and high-end home theaters. This was when he saw the need in the building industry for a dependable, honest company with the knowledge and expertise to provide the customer with the latest technologies & design.
